Dear Heartsaver® Student:
Welcome to the American Heart Association’s Heartsaver In Person Course. Below is the agenda of the Heartsaver class with an outline of the topics. Each person who registers will be provided with a workbook that you can refer to during class. You will also be provided with a one-way valve to use during class for the breathing training portion.
Each individual who finishes the course will receive a certification valid for two years, which must be renewed every two years.
The class is scheduled each Monday from 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM in Danville, at: 199 E Linda Mesa Avenue, Ste. 9.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have physical conditions that might prevent you from participating in the course, please tell one…
